Stephen Keshi's men will hit the venue of the African Nations Championship four days to the opening ceremony
Super Eagles will leave the country for South Africa the venue of the 2014 African Nations Championship(CHAN) on Tuesday a player in the team, Ifeanyi Edeh has confirmed to Goal.
The Eagles rounded off their preparation for the CHAN tournament on Saturday with a 2-1 victory over the Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia at the Abuja National Stadium.
The Enyimba of Aba striker said that the players and officials of the Eagles are billed to land in South Africa on Tuesday ahead of the competition meant for domestic league players which starts next Saturday.
Nigerians are pooled alongside Mali, South Africa and Mozambique in Group A and they will face their West Africans first in what will be a rather close contest.
The Eagles are making their debut in South Africa after their inability to qualify for the first two CHAN held in 2009 and 2011.
The competition starts on January 11th and ends on February 1st.
