The Ivory Coast, Greece, Honduras, Bolivia and El Salvador are the other teams to take part in the pre-World Cup tournament.
"Defending world champions Spain and African champions Nigeria feature in an eight-team 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil warm-up tournament to be staged in the United States between 27 May and 10 June," Fifa announced on its official website on Tuesday.
The schedule for the 'Road To Brazil' event is expected to announced by the organisers in the coming days.
The World Cup will kick off two days after the warm-up tournament but Nigeria will start their campaign in Group F against Iran at Arena da Baixada in Curitiba on June 16.
