Chelsea will not sell John Mikel Obi this summer according to his representative, as rumours continue to circulate that the London club will offload the Nigerian midfielder along side Oscar, Hazard and Remy, to generate funds for the purchase of Paul Pogba from Juventus.

“If Chelsea have plans to sell him, they will not offer him a new contract. It is normal paper talk and not true,”Mikel’s representative said to Vanguard. “Mikel remains a player of Chelsea and wants to finish up the season before weighing his options.”
