This is a heart-warming story about a four-year-old girl, Annabelle Earl, whose wish of becoming a flower girl came true by sheer determination to achieve her dream. She heard about being a flower girl from her babysitter’s daughter and desired to be one soon too.
Unfortunately, unlike our ever large families and partying spirit in Naiaja hehehehe, no one in her parent’s family and friends circle was getting married so her mum had a Eureka moment and came up with an idea. See more pics after the cut...
They got Annabelle all dressed up in her favorite dress and showed up at the City Clerk’s office in Manhattan with a beautiful bunch of roses and a sign reading “Can I be your flower girl”. I know the romantics reading this are going “awwww” and the cynics are going “isn’t it too early for her to be desperately wanting to be in a wedding?”, while the paranoid ones are going “I’m sure it’s not ordinary eye, shes probably a winshy-winshy”. Lol
LOL. I’m a romantic and this story really cheered me up and made me smile. :) Although, the first couple Annabelle and her mother declined with a “no, thank you” when asked if Annabelle could join their wedding ceremony, Annabelle got her wish eventually when a lovely couple allowed her join their wedding as a flower girl. She stood quietly and witnessed the ceremony, fulfilled.
